Alfredo Sauce is the absolute perfect base for a pizza, we believe it is time that we all just chill on the tomato sauce. Alfredo is creamy, herb-y, fresh and hearty. Tomato is acidic and sweet and just too much on a pizza. The Alfredo base acts more like a compliment for all the yummy toppings, allowing the tangy barbecue sauce to have a moment and the sweet onion to peak through. Vegan Alfredo Pizza forever!
This pizza was born out of a love for potato pizza, having a light sauce under slices of potatoes is such an indulgent mouthful of flavor. The potato slices truly melt in your mouth and the arugula adds a crisp freshness to every bite.
