Vegan Mac Sauce
Instructions
  1. Start by bringing oil to temperature, about 355°f. If you are baking instead of frying bake fries at 425°f for 25 minutes. Also you need a medium pan with a splash of oil for your beyond burgers.
  2. Cut up your onion in to small dice and shred the lettuce. Slice your pickles 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Cook your beyond burger for three minutes on both sides. Remove from heat. Cut in to bite size pieces.
  4. Cook the fries, remove and drain. Transfer fries to paper towel and then to the plate.
  5. Garnish fries with onion, pickles, lettuce and burger pieces. Drizzle with Mac sauce and you have your self some Big Mac Fries!
Vegan Mac Sauce
  1. Mix all of the ingredients starting with mayo in a large bowl. Place in fridge until ready to use.
