Big Mac Pizza (vegan, gluten free)
Yes you read it right, a gluten free and vegan Big Mac pizza! An amazing dish for vegans and non vegans! A big mac without the animal abuse? Count us in!

Big Mac Meat
Instructions
“Meat”
  1. In a sauce pan mix together vinegar, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, broth and dry ingredients excluding the vegetable protein.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil and pour over textured vegetable protein. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
Sauce
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and set in the fridge until needed
Flax Egg/ Dough
  1. Combine 2 tbsp ground flax and 6 tbsp water mix well and place in fridge for 10 minutes
  2. Use the Flax Egg as an egg substitute in the gluten free crust
  3. On a sheet of parchment paper, roll our dough in a large rectangle
  4. The key to this crust is to roll it extremely thin, with GF crusts, the thicker you make it, the chewer it will seem
  5. Fold over the corners to make a crust we make our pizza in a large rectangle shape, we find it the easiest to handle and cut!
  6. Cook for 7 minutes at 450 degrees
Toppings
  1. Dice the onion and pickles extremely fine
  2. shred lettuce thin and with mostly soft green pieces or buy a shredded bag of iceberg lettuce if you’re super pressed for time
Assembly
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Use half of your sauce and cover the pizza
  3. Cover in “meat”, pickles, onions and shredded cheese
  4. Cook the pizza for 15- 20 minutes keeping an eye on the edges
  5. Remove from oven and add lettuce and remaining mac sauce Cook for an additional 2 minutes
  6. Remove and cut into smaller rectangles Enjoy 🙂
