Buffalo Alfredo Bake- Lunch Serving
Buffalo Alfredo Bake may sound out of place, but trust us. The spicy buffalo sauce and the creamy Alfredo cream dance together in perfect harmony!
We have a classic Buffalo Alfredo Bake recipe, which is perfect for a dinner and left over lunches. But we love this version for more of a solo dinner or lunch. We bake this version in two small cast iron skillets, which gives the pasta a really rustic feel.
The creamy, savory Alfredo sauce coats each noodle with rich flavorful herbs. Which rub up nicely against the meaty soy curls doused in a bath of buffalo hot sauce. The unique spice of the buffalo sauce compliments the decadence of alfredo perfectly.
You could honestly eat this without baking it, and it would be delicious. But popping it in the oven to bake together with some vegan cheese shreds. It’s just a whole other level.
We’ve been cooking a lot with soy curls lately, so prepare for a flood of soy curl recipes soon! We love using them as a substitute for both chicken and beef! They are essentially a flavor sponge! The texture is absolutely perfect for pasta dishes like this, but also for stir fries, sandwiches and everything in between!
