Buffalo Chickpea Dip
Buffalo Chickpea Dip! A vegan and gluten free twist on a party classic, the spicy and creamy dip satisfies every craving. Pull apart jackfruit, creamy ranch and savory cheese make the perfect filling to compliment the spice of the buffalo sauce! We like using a mix of chickpeas and jackfruit in this recipe to really mix up the textures in every bite. However, it works just as well if you replace the jackfruit with more chickpeas, just prepare them the same way you would the jackfruit.
You can really mix it up in terms of dippers. We like to have a variety. Variety is the spice of life, right? I’m not sure, I just heard someones dad say that once. Regardless, variety is important when were talking Buffalo Chickpea Dip. Pita bread, baguette, celery, carrots, corn chips. Really get creative, there’s no rules when it comes to buffalo dip. Seriously- you can even triple dip if you want, we won’t say anything.
We’re a big fan of all things dip related, anytime you can bake a bunch of yummy foods together into an ooey gooey treat, we’re there. We like to have a few party go to dishes in the bank, like our favorite Cauliflower Wings . Just in case we make some vegan friends and they invite us over. It has yet to happen, but it might. Don’t crush our dream. But in the meantime, Buffalo Chickpea Dip does hold it’s own with our meat eating friends. So that’s a win for the vegans!
