There is just something about a bright green herb that brightens up a meal (and mood). The color of life and an aroma that is just undeniable. Dill is one of our absolute favorite flavors to play with! Typically we go for a more dried herbs, which is a preference born out of convenience. Because it is a very distinct and bold taste, it’s important to really go for it when playing around with this herb. So the dried version just wont do the trick, you will get a very dull dill flavor. But of course, it will work in a pinch! Whatever gets the Dill Pickle Soup in the bowl!
