Easy Vegan French Toast
French Toast is one of those classic breakfast foods that moms made in the mornings at sleepovers, and also the first meal I learned how to cook all by myself. The Vegan version of this tasty toast is so simple and light and everything you remember it to be. Try this yummy Vegan French Toast with some syrup, diced frozen berries and powdered sugar to really indulge

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients expect bread and mix until batter is smooth.
  2. Heat frying pan on medium heat and add coconut oil.
  3. Dip the bread in the mixture coating evenly on both sides, scrape of the excess batter.
  4. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  5. Serve with favorite toppings and enjoy

Topping we used were; vegan butter, Powdered sugar, maple syrup and berries.
