  1. Heat cooking oil over medium heat Add tofu pieces, hot sauce and garlic powder cook 8-15 minutes, until tofu is completely cooked set aside
  2. Follow directions on rice paper sheets for proper preparation method usually it involves soaking sheets in warm water until soft for best results soak rice paper sheets one at a time
  3. lay soft rice paper sheet on a flat surface or plate using the back of a spoon, spread peanut sauce directly onto the roll about an inch from the one of the edges
  4. add in your cucumber, mango, cabbage, radish, carrot, avocado, ginger, tofu and lettuce as desired. If it your first time making this recipe, make your first roll a little on the smaller side to make sure it closes
  5. once assembled, take the side closest to the filling and fold it over top Then fold over both ends At this point, you are able to roll the Spring Roll over itself and it will be wrapped completely
Peanut Sauce
  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together with the back of a metal spoon
  2. keeping the consistency a little thicker if putting directly in the roll If you prefer to dip the roll, add more water to thin it out
