Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut squash in half and remove seeds. Score insides with a knife and brush entire squash with olive oil. Sprinkle insides with salt and pepper.
  3. Line baking sheet and place squash face up. Bake for 35 minutes or until squash is softening all the way through.
  4. Brush insides of squash with maple syrup. Fill squash with stuffing mixture.
  5. Bake covered for 20 minutes or until soft all the way through.
  6. Serve garnished with salt, pepper, thyme, sage.
