Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Cut cauliflower in to 1 inch pieces, trimming off a majority of the stem.
  2. Place cauliflower on a baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Combine non dairy milk and half of the spices in a bowl. Stir in flour making sure to combine with no chunks. Stir in buffalo sauce, this will be your batter. We usually end up adding a couple tablespoons of water to thin this out.
  4. Add bread crumbs to separate dish and combine with remaining spices.
  5. Dip cauliflower in batter and drop in bread crumbs and coat evenly. Try to be gentle as you transfer to fryer or baking sheet.
  6. Cook in deep fryer at 330℉ for 4 – 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from fryer and sauce, bake for 5 minutes at 350℉ in the oven.
  7. Alternatively you can bake these at 400℉ for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Recipe Notes

All gluten free bread crumbs cook and brown at different times. If you notice your Cauliflower wings getting too dark simply remove from fryer coat in sauce and cook in oven for 15 minutes.

Having a batter that is too thick will result in uncooked batter between cauliflower florets.
